More about proposed stadium documents

The administration released the final stadium legislation, including the formal contracts, at the end of February 2023. It is about 250 pages of dense legal documents. They are difficult to summarize. You can find links to the legislation and legal documents here.

Because these documents are so technically complex, I am experimenting with videos to explain aspects of the documents. I am a newbie to video editing, so I hope you cut me some slack on the quality of the videos. Here are the ones I’ve posted so far:
